About Us

COMSYS Educational Trust, established in 2022 as a charitable organization in Kolkata, was founded by a group of seven individuals from academia. The trust has rapidly grown, currently overseeing two annual international conferences. Notably, it has successfully organized four editions of the COMSYS International conference, commencing in 2020 at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, followed by editions in 2021 at North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), in 2022 at IIT Ropar, and in 2023 at IIT Mandi, with proceedings published by Springer and indexed in Scopus.

 Additionally, the Trust has organized two successful editions of the ICDEC International conference in 2022 at North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) and in 2023 at Mizoram University, Aizawl, India. Undeterred by challenges, the Trust remains committed to its mission.

Continuing this trajectory, COMSYS-2024 is scheduled to take place from 13-15 December 2024 at BITS Pilani (Goa Campus), Goa, India. Simultaneously, ICDEC-2024 is set for 18-20 September 2024 at Erciyes University, Industrial Engineering Department, Talas, Kayseri, Turkey. The Trust is poised for further expansion and endeavors to address contemporary challenges in the realm of education and research.

COMSYS offers an intellectually stimulating ambiance for the scientists and researchers active in the domain of computing and systems. It provides a platform for establishing business or research collaborations in fields like machine learning, computational intelligence, VLSI, networks and systems, computational biology and security, etc.
